Creating Connections
Creating Connections is an eight week support group for women who have already attended a family violence group or counselling, such as Making Choices.
The group is for women interested in being supported whilst developing their personal goals and relationships with others.
Topics include:
- Self Esteem
- Feelings
- Communication
- Self Awareness
- Assertiveness & Anger
- Relationships
- Parenting
- Problem solving
- Sexuality
